WiFlyer Dial Up
Router
The
WiFlyer was a dial up WiFI router which was manufactured by
"Always On Wireless" which is no longer in business. Many
thousands of WiFlyer units were sold between 2005 and
2007.
The
WiFlyer would now be considered outdated since it had only
802.11b WiFi connectivity and WEP encryption. However it performed well
and the company was successful in marketing the product through
different channels. The Wiflyer
developed a loyal following in its hey day.
The
GAC-150 series routers which support the latest WiFi standards and
encryption protocols can be used to replace aging WiFlyer units.
